About Tim

After earning a bachelors degree from CSU Sacramento, Tim started his real estate career in 2003 as an agent and has since become a full-service broker. In the last three years alone, Tim has handled over $100 million in real estate and mortgage transactions. Because of his outstanding performance and service, he’s been recognized year after year with the prestigious Masters Club Award, presented by the Placer County Association of Realtors.

Tim understands that real estate is a relationship business, and credits his success to a simple and straightforward business philosophy: Listen to what’s most important to the client. Deliver on set goals. Work hard to exceed expectations.

This core philosophy has helped propel Tim to being one of the top real estate pros in his market – whether buying, selling or financing properties. It’s also why his business has grown almost entirely from client referrals and repeat business. A resident of Lincoln, California, Tim is a husband and father of three. In addition to his full-time real estate business, another great passion includes his work with the Palo Alto Hospice Care for Veterans. To help fund-raise for this cause, Tim has been the organizer of an annual charity golf tournament held in the Sacramento area for the past several years.
